Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized MRD Executive to manage and maintain patient medical records accurately and securely. The candidate will ensure proper documentation, record retrieval, data confidentiality, and compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and manage patient medical records and files.
Ensure accurate documentation and proper filing of patient information.
Retrieve medical records for doctors, departments, insurance, and legal purposes when required.
Verify completeness of patient records before storage.
Update electronic medical records (EMR) systems regularly.
Ensure confidentiality and security of patient data.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and hospital departments for record completion.
Prepare reports related to medical records and patient data.
Assist in medical coding, indexing, and record auditing if required.
Follow hospital policies and healthcare compliance standards.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospital Administration, Medical Records Management, Healthcare Management, or related field.
Basic knowledge of medical terminology and hospital procedures.
Familiarity with EMR/EHR software and MS Office.
Good organizational and communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy.

Preferred Skills

Attention to detail and time management.
Ability to handle sensitive information professionally.
Problem-solving and coordination skills.
Experience in hospital or healthcare administration is an advantage.

Experience

Freshers or candidates with 1–3 years of experience in MRD/Healthcare administration can apply.
