Delivery Executive / Delivery Boy
Location: Hyderabad
Department: Operations & Delivery
Reporting To: Delivery Supervisor / Hub Manager
Role Summary
The Delivery Executive is responsible for delivering milk, yogurt, and other V-Rich products to customers on time while maintaining product quality and providing excellent customer service.
Key ResponsibilitiesDelivery Operations
- Deliver milk, yogurt, and other dairy products to customers as per assigned routes.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all orders.
- Follow delivery schedules and route plans efficiently.
- Handle products carefully to maintain quality and freshness.
Customer Service
- Maintain professional and courteous behavior with customers.
- Address customer queries and escalate concerns to the supervisor.
- Collect customer feedback when required.
Order & Cash Management
- Verify delivery quantities before dispatch.
- Collect payments from customers when applicable.
- Submit cash collections and delivery reports to the supervisor.
Vehicle & Safety
- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the delivery vehicle.
- Follow traffic rules and company safety guidelines.
- Report vehicle issues immediately to the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10th Pass.
- Valid Driving License (Two-Wheeler).
- Own two-wheeler preferred.
- Basic knowledge of local routes and areas.
Skills Required
- Good communication skills.
- Customer service orientation.
- Time management and punctuality.
- Ability to work early morning shifts.
- Basic mobile phone usage for delivery tracking.
Experience
- Fresher or 1–2 years of delivery experience preferred.
- Experience in dairy, FMCG, grocery, or e-commerce delivery is an added advantage.
