Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) Engineer to handle design coordination, fabrication follow-up, and site execution of PEB structures. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, and smooth coordination between design, fabrication, and erection teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and coordinate PEB design drawings, GA drawings, and fabrication drawings.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, and site teams for approval of drawings and technical submissions.
- Supervise erection and installation activities of PEB structures at site.
- Ensure alignment, level, and structural stability during erection works.
- Monitor fabrication progress and material dispatch schedules.
- Coordinate with civil, MEP, and roofing/cladding teams for interface activities.
- Verify material quantities and prepare reconciliation statements.
- Ensure compliance with approved specifications, quality standards, and safety procedures.
- Attend project review meetings and provide progress updates.
- Identify technical issues at site and provide practical engineering solutions.
- Maintain project documentation, inspection records, and reports.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of PEB structural systems, erection methodology, and steel connections.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Tekla, STAAD Pro, or related software.
- Understanding of fabrication and welding standards.
- Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and technical specifications.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of safety practices during steel erection activities.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
- Relevant experience in PEB projects, industrial buildings, warehouses, stations, factories, or infrastructure projects.
Preferred Requirements
- Experience in railway, industrial, airport, or large commercial projects.
- Familiarity with QA/QC procedures and project planning.
- Ability to handle multiple agencies and subcontractors.
Salary
- As per industry standards and experience.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
