Senior Field Sales Executive – Educational Publishing & Institutional Solutions
Location: Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam, Tirupati, Warangal, Karimnagar and other major cities.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
· Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
· Promote Johan Brown Publishing's books, digital platforms and institutional solutions.
· Develop new business with:
· Schools
· Junior Colleges
· Degree Colleges
· Universities
· Libraries
· Coaching Centres
· Government Institutions
· Hospitals
· NGOs
· Corporate Learning Centres
· Present our flagship publishing brands including SAATH®, Therapedia®, NeurOne®, RecallPro®, Golden Books of Mistakes™, Mistakes Genome™, Thalmeco™ and O-WOW™.
· Conduct product demonstrations, workshops and institutional presentations.
· Build strong relationships with Principals, Managements, Librarians, Faculty Members and Institutional Decision Makers.
· Generate institutional subscriptions, bulk book orders, annual licensing opportunities and digital platform adoption.
· Appoint and manage distributors, booksellers and channel partners.
· Participate in book fairs, educational conferences, exhibitions and academic events.
· Gather market intelligence, competitor information and curriculum updates.
· Coordinate order processing, deliveries, payment collection and customer support.
· Maintain CRM records, sales reports and territory plans.
Desired Candidate Profile
· Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
· 2–8 years of experience in:

· Academic Sales
· Institutional Sales

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities.
· Passion for books, education and institutional development.
· Comfortable with extensive field travel.
· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
· Two-wheeler with valid driving licence preferred.
