Key Responsibilities

Welcome students, clients, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Handle front desk operations, including phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
Counsel prospective students about beauty academy courses, including Cosmetology, Hair, Makeup, Skin, Nail, and other beauty & wellness programs.
Explain course details, fees, duration, career opportunities, and admission procedures to prospective students.
Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp and support them through the student admission and enrollment process.
Manage student admissions, registrations, documentation, fee-related coordination, and maintain accurate student records.
Coordinate daily schedules, appointments, course batches, and communication between students, trainers, and management.
Handle student queries and provide excellent customer service throughout the student journey.
Support academy promotions, walk-in inquiries, lead follow-ups, and other front-office activities.
Ensure smooth day-to-day reception and administrative operations of the beauty academy.

Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline.
1+ years of experience in front office, beauty academy, salon, spa, administration, customer service, counseling, or admissions.
Experience in a beauty academy, cosmetology institute, salon, or wellness industry will be an advantage.
Good communication skills in English and the local language.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Excel, email, WhatsApp, and CRM/software).
