Department Overview:
Interface Solutions is responsible for all aspects of portfolio data exchange and support across trade processing, security setup, pricing and position data. The group has an operational and a strategic mandate to fulfill. This is accomplished through a location strategy that combines presence in strategic locations close to our client needs and the utilization of standardization, centralization and scale in our operational Centre of Excellence (CoE) locations.
Operational:
Own and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of automation ideas submitted by Portfolio Data Operations teams via the Idea Box, taking accountability for prioritization, development, and delivery of solutions.
Partner with Portfolio data operations teams across MDBG, Trading accruals, Recon, and Pre-Production to identify and scope automation opportunities. Develop and deploy automation solutions for these key operational areas
Present automation roadmaps, progress updates, and metrics or dashboards to senior stakeholders
Facilitate workshops and sessions to provide solutions and road map on new automation ideas
Participate with feedback and enthusiasm, challenging the status quo and continuously strive to improve current processes.
Key Competencies:
Detailed understanding of broker/vendor files, UI platforms, and complex OTC instrument lifecycle events
Strong problem-solving skills with ability to deliver timely workarounds
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Collaborate with Citco Technology to analyze, develop & enhance internal tools that support increased levels of automation and intuitive self-service for operations.
Position Overview
The successful candidate will be part of the Interface Solutions department whose primary responsibility will be to ensure the effective management of all aspects for Portfolio Data operations & interface solutions to Clients and Vendors. As a group with representation in Asia Pacific, Europe and North America, the team provides seamless support to all CFS offices on a global basis.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Data Operations and will be embedded within Citco's broader Portfolio Data Operations team, driving automation initiatives and operational efficiencies across data-oriented teams. The role requires knowledge of Æxeo, fund administration fundamentals, and vendor platforms including Omgeo, Traiana, Markit, and Trax. etc.
Main Job Functions/Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively with internal and external parties to resolve issues
Build and maintain end-to-end automation workflows using RPA tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, and Alteryx
Develop productivity solutions leveraging Microsoft Copilot and Python-based automation
Write, test, and maintain production-grade VBA macros supporting critical business processes
Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects across SQL Server, Oracle, or similar platforms
Support PDO processes including trade operations, reference data, reconciliation, and accruals
Assist management in the design and implementation of workflow improvements, scheduling development releases and updates
Ensure all new automations have required permissions, SOPs, and governance frameworks in place
Troubleshoot, debug, and continuously improve existing automated solutions
Maintain version-controlled codebases and clear technical documentation
Translate business requirements into scalable technical builds
Identify opportunities for efficiency, risk mitigation, standardization, and automation
Preferred Skills:
Low code no code Tools - Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Copilot, RPA tools (UiPath, Power automate, Automation anywhere, Alteryx etc.)
Python / VBA / Macros - Basic Python scripting; Strong proficiency in Visual Basic for Applications; ability to build complex, production-grade macros
SQL - SQL skills including complex joins, stored procedures, and query optimization
Databases - Experience working with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, or similar)
Financial Domain - Understanding of financial data operations including trade lifecycle, reconciliation, and accounting
Communication - Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
Education & Experiences:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or applications, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field
Knowledge or experience in fund administration, asset management, or financial services
Familiarity with Python or other scripting languages as a complement to VBA
Exposure to RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate)
Knowledge of data governance and data quality frameworks
