Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad (WFO)
Salary: ₹40,000 + ₹20k Performance Bonus
Target: Min 20 Closures/month

We are seeking a high-energy, result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) who specializes in handling closures.
You won't just be chasing leads; you will be closing high-value franchise deals, onboarding strategic media partners, and empowering entrepreneurs to launch their own Bharat Aawaz micro-franchises. If you have a proven track record of turning warm prospects into signed contracts, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
Drive & Own Closures: Take absolute charge of the sales pipeline from the negotiation stage to final contract signing. Convert highly qualified leads into Bharat Aawaz franchise owners.
Franchise Acquisition: Pitch the PRAGATI framework ecosystem to prospective franchise buyers, media professionals, and regional entrepreneurs, articulating the immense ROI and structural value.
Strategic Partnerships: Identify and close high-impact B2B deals with regional media houses, independent journalists, and digital content creators to expand the network's footprint.
Revenue Generation: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly closing targets, ensuring high velocity and momentum in the franchise onboarding pipeline.
Stakeholder Management: Conduct high-impact presentations, address complex objections smoothly, and build rock-solid trust with senior stakeholders and investors.
Seamless Handover: Coordinate efficiently with the operations and legal teams to ensure a smooth transition post-closure, maintaining a premium partner onboarding experience.
What We Are Looking For
The Closer Mindset: Deep Sales Focused Mindset with a heavy focus on*closures in franchise sales, media spaces, high-ticket B2B sales, or concepts-based selling.
Industry Acumen: Solid familiarity with media business models, digital platforms, or franchise-led expansion structures is highly desirable.
Exceptional Communication: Masterful negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills in English and Telugu
Data-Driven Execution: Proven experience using CRMs
Self-Starter: Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, rapidly scaling environment with minimal hand-holding.
