Valuation and submission of bids for Highway, Railway, Urban Infrastructure, and Water Supply/Irrigation projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in government procurement, tender management, and business development, with a proven ability to achieve annual bidding and order acquisition targets.Key Responsibilities: Identify and track tender opportunities from Central and State Government departments, PSUs, Railways, NHAI, Water Resources Departments, Urban Local Bodies, and other public sector organizations.Evaluate tender eligibility, technical requirements, and commercial viability.Prepare bid/no-bid analyses and recommend suitable opportunities to management. Coordinate with technical, finance, legal, and project teams for complete bid preparation. Prepare and submit technical and commercial bid documents within prescribed timelines. Ensure compliance with tender conditions, statutory requirements, and client specifications.Maintain a tender pipeline and monitor bid status, clarifications, and results.Develop strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and consortium arrangements whenever required. Monitor e-procurement portals such as GeM, CPP Portal, Indian Railways, NHAI, State e-Procurement portals, and other relevant procurement platforms. Prepare periodic MIS reports on tender activities, success rates, and business opportunities. Drive business growth by achieving annual bidding and order acquisition targets.
