Job Description

Academic Qualification: MD/MS/DNB in ENT from a recognized institution.
Experience:
- Minimum 8 years post-PG experience.
- At least 3 years as Associate Professor in a recognized medical college.
Research Publications:
- Minimum 4 original research publications, with at least 2 as Associate Professor, in indexed journals (e.g., PubMed, Scopus, Medline).
Training Requirements:
- Completion of Basic Course in Medical Education Technology.
- Completion of Basic Course in Biomedical Research from NMC-designated institutions.

Diagnose and manage ENT conditions using current best practices.
Perform surgeries and procedures relevant to ENT.
Stay updated with recent advances like endoscopic sinus surgery, cochlear implants, and phonosurgery.
Contribute to National Health Programs related to ENT.
