We are looking for a skilled and passionate Pilates Coach to join our team. This role involves designing and delivering customized Pilates programs for clients across all fitness levels, with a strong focus on core strength, postural alignment, injury rehabilitation, and mind-body connection. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in both Mat and Reformer Pilates, and the ability to coach clients effectively in home settings.
As a Pilates Coach at HB+, you will be an integral part of our holistic wellness ecosystem, collaborating with strength coaches, nutritionists, and mental health professionals to deliver a truly transformative client experience.

Develop customized online Pilates programs and guide clients through live video sessions.

Monitor client progress through online tracking tools, adjusting programs as needed based on feedback and results.

Provide virtual form corrections and technique feedback through video analysis.

Engage clients between sessions for ongoing motivation, accountability, and support.

Design and deliver targeted Pilates programs for specific populations including pre/postnatal clients, seniors, athletes, and clients in rehabilitation.

Incorporate complementary modalities such as breathwork, stretching, and mobility drills to enhance overall client outcomes.

Develop group class formats and specialty workshops aligned with HB+’s holistic wellness philosophy.

Stay current with evolving Pilates methodologies and integrate evidence-based practices into programming.

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Exercise Science, Sports Science, Kinesiology, Dance, or a related field (preferred).

Comprehensive Pilates Certification from a recognized body.

Additional certifications in Pre/Postnatal Pilates, Clinical Pilates, or Pilates for Rehabilitation will be a strong advantage.

Minimum 1 year of professional Pilates coaching experience, preferably in a studio or premium wellness environment.

Proficiency in postural assessment, movement analysis, injury prevention, and corrective exercise programming.

Strong communication skills with the ability to coach effectively both in-person and remotely.

Familiarity with online coaching platforms and virtual training tools for remote delivery.
