Educatsio is a growing dance and music academy focused on high-quality training, creativity, and building a strong community around performing arts.
We are looking for a creative and motivated Video Editor & Content Creator to join our team and take ownership of Educatsio’s day-to-day content creation.
About the Role
This is more than a video editing role. You will be involved in the complete content process, from planning and recording to editing and publishing.
You will work closely with the founder and instructors to create educational, engaging, and creative content for Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar.
* Record dance tutorials, educational content, insights, behind-the-scenes content, student activities, performances, and studio content.
* Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and longer-form YouTube videos.
* Create basic promotional creatives, posters, thumbnails, and other digital content.
* Add subtitles, graphics, transitions, music, and basic colour and audio correction.
* Prepare and publish content consistently across Instagram and YouTube.
* Repurpose longer recordings into multiple short-form content pieces.
* Keep the content library organised.
* Track basic content performance and identify what type of content is working well.
* Bring new content ideas and creative concepts to the team.
* Assist with content coverage during events, workshops, performances, and special activities.
What We’re Looking For
* Strong video editing skills and a good understanding of short-form content.
* Good sense of timing, music, rhythm, and visual storytelling.
* Creative mindset with the ability to come up with new content ideas.
* Basic knowledge of graphic design is preferred.
* Familiarity with Instagram and YouTube content formats.
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned work.
* Good communication and organisational skills.
* Willingness to learn and grow with the academy.
* Interest or experience in dance, music, performing arts, fitness, or related creative fields will be an added advantage.
Technical Requirements
* Candidates must have their own laptop capable of professional video editing.
* Please mention your laptop specifications while applying.
* Experience with Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar editing software.
* A strong portfolio of previous editing/content work is required.
Camera equipment will be provided by Educatsio for content production.
Who This Role Is For
We are open to freshers and junior candidates who have strong editing skills, a good portfolio, creativity, and a genuine interest in content creation.

Salary & Growth
₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
Performance will be reviewed during the initial period, with opportunities for salary growth based on contribution, consistency, quality of work, and ownership.
