Back Office Executive – Urgent Hiring

Job Summary

HBH Technologies LLP is urgently hiring 4 Back Office Executives to join our team. We are looking for motivated, detail-oriented and responsible candidates who can efficiently handle day-to-day back-office and administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities

Handle data entry, data management and documentation accurately.
Maintain and update company records, files and databases.
Prepare reports, MIS and other documents as required.
Verify data and documents for accuracy and completeness.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth day-to-day operations.
Handle emails, calls and routine administrative communication.
Assist with billing, invoicing and other back-office activities.
Maintain proper records and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.

Requirements & Skills

Graduate in any stream.
0–2 years of experience; freshers are welcome to apply.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Basic to good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel and Word.
Good typing and data-entry skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Responsible, professional and willing to learn.
