Role:

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations in Indore, ensuring efficient material movement, inventory accuracy, and adherence to safety and operational standards.

Responsibilities:

Manage warehouse operations including receiving, loading, unloading, storage, picking, and dispatch.
Ensure inventory accuracy through stock audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation.
Maintain warehouse discipline through 5S implementation and adherence to SOPs.
Plan manpower, supervise warehouse staff, and drive productivity.
Monitor material handling to minimize losses and ensure smooth operations.
Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports and support continuous process improvements.
Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and operational standards.

Qualifications:

2-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or supply chain.
Hands-on experience with loading/unloading, inventory management, and 5S practices.
Strong team management and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Excel and warehouse reporting.
Ownership mindset with a focus on operational excellence.
