About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Controller to oversee financial and operations, ensure compliance, and provide strategic insights to support business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in managing end-to-end finance functions.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Reporting

Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to optimize financial health.

Budgeting & Forecasting

Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
Provide variance analysis and actionable insights to management.
Support strategic decision-making with financial modelling and scenario planning.

Internal Controls & Compliance

Establish and maintain robust internal controls and risk management frameworks.
Ensure adherence to corporate governance and audit requirements.
Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.

Team Leadership

Supervise and mentor finance team members.
Drive efficiency in accounting processes and systems.
Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Strategic Partnership

Collaborate with business heads to align financial strategies with organizational goals.
Provide financial insights to support expansion, investment, and cost optimization initiatives.

Technological Innovation

Champion the adoption of AI and automation across Finance and Operations.
Optimise and scale the use of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.

Qualifications & Skills

Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent professional qualification.
5–7 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS/SFRS) and taxation laws.
Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills. Microsoft Dynamics Business Central experience is highly valued.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.

Experience in IT services.
Exposure to international financial reporting and cross-border transactions.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
