Job Description – MERN Stack Developer (AI/LLM)

Position: MERN Stack Developer (AI/LLM)
Experience: 6 Months – 2Year
Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and motivated MERN Stack Developer with hands-on experience in modern web development and a strong interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Large Language Models (LLMs). The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across the full stack, building scalable web applications, integrating AI-powered features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
Design and implement responsive, user-friendly frontend interfaces using React.js.
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
Work with MongoDB for database design, optimization, and management.
Integrate AI/LLM solutions using APIs such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms.
Develop AI-powered features such as chatbots, content generation, document processing, and intelligent search.
Implement prompt engineering techniques and optimize AI model responses.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and senior developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Debug, troubleshoot, and improve application performance.
Follow coding standards, version control practices, and software development best practices.

Required SkillsMERN Stack

Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+).
Hands-on experience with React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
Experience in building and consuming REST APIs.
Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or Material UI.
Understanding of authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth).
Familiarity with Git and GitHub.

AI / LLM Skills

Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Models (LLMs).
Experience integrating AI APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, etc.).
Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI-assisted workflows.
Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts is a plus.
Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate) is an advantage.
Exposure to AI frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex is preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in MERN Stack development.
Internship experience in AI/ML or Generative AI projects will be considered.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience deploying applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience working on AI-powered SaaS products.
