Job Title: NGO Operations Manager / Administration Manager
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced NGO Operations Manager who can independently manage day-to-day NGO operations, administration, coordination, and program activities. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities including team coordination, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall administrative and operational activities of the NGO.
- Coordinate with internal teams, volunteers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Plan, execute, and monitor NGO programs and activities.
- Maintain proper documentation, records, reports, and compliance-related files.
- Handle office administration, budgeting support, and resource management.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and management of NGO staff and volunteers.
- Prepare activity reports and updates for management review.
- Support fundraising activities, donor communication, and project coordination.
- Ensure smooth execution of social initiatives and field activities.
- Manage daily operations and resolve administrative challenges.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in NGO operations, administration, project coordination, or similar roles.
- Good knowledge of NGO management, documentation, and reporting processes.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage teams and multiple projects independently.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic administrative tools.
