Year of Experience: 6+ years

Job Description: We are seeking a results-driven SAP consultant to lead our business's SAP system integration. You will be consulting with senior management to determine our business needs, evaluating the performance of our IT infrastructure, and developing and deploying SAP solutions.
To ensure success as an SAP consultant, you should possess extensive knowledge of IT system integration and the ability to accurately document SAP processes. An accomplished SAP consultant will be someone whose expertise results in optimized business operations.

Duties and responsibilities:

Creating various SAP modules with the help of the ABAP programming language and tweaking them as per the client's requirements.
Writing the code using ABAP programming language based on the blueprint provided by the clients and performing regular tests on the usability of the code.
Should be efficient in the completion of design and development of work packages assigned in each sprint.
Should know about identifying and implementing appropriate OSS notes required for standard issues.
Providing technical support to the end users in the form of troubleshooting guidelines and modifications to the system after it has been delivered Determining business needs via consultation, business analysis, and targeted observations.
- Assessing existing IT infrastructure and recommending improvements.
- Developing and configuring customized SAP solutions.
- Writing scripts and programs to create user-friendly interfaces and enhanced functionalities.
- Deploying SAP solutions and ensuring smooth system integration.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues to optimize performance.
- Advance ABAP BADI (Business Add-In).
- Business Application Programming Interface.
- ABAP Objects.
- The ABAP on HANA Application Developers would possess the knowledge of the following topics and apply them to bring value and innovation to client engagements: SAP HANA Technical Concept and Architecture, Data Modelling using HANA Studio, ABAP Development Tools (ADT), Code Performance Rules and Guidelines for SAP HANA, ADBC, Native SQL, ABAP Core Data Services, Data Base Procedures, Text Search, ALV on HANA, and HANA Live models consumption.
- Designing and developing, data dictionary objects, data elements, domains, structures, views, lock objects, search helps and in formatting the output of SAP documents with multiple options.
- Modifying standard layout sets in SAP Scripts, Smart forms & Adobe Forms.
- Knowledge of ABAP Object Oriented Programming.
- Development experience in RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Reports).
- Providing SAP system support and end-user training.
- Performing rigorous documentation of SAP processes and presenting progress reports.
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Keeping abreast of the latest SAP offerings, updates, and developments.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or similar preferred.
At least 6 years of experience as an SAP consultant in a similar industry.
Should have four full lifecycle SAP implementation experiences (Project Preparation thru Go-Live and Hyper care) and at least one full lifecycle S/4HANA greenfield implementation.
Business knowledge and process design skills.
Ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations.
Strong organizational skills.
Able to collaborate with clients and have a strong desire to excel.
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
Good interpersonal skills.
Must be able to work independently as well as a team player and can manage own workload.
Current knowledge of SAP systems, deployment, and integration.
Great collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Superb analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Able to Multi-task and work under tight deadlines.
Must be able to work independently with little to no supervision.
Must be an effective problem solver.
Must be willing to travel in America when required.
