Job Summary

The Business Development Associate will be responsible for identifying potential business customers, generating qualified leads, contacting business owners, introducing Cloudhouse software solutions, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.

This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who want to build a career in business development and software sales.

Key Responsibilities

Research businesses using Google, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Justdial, IndiaMART, company websites, and other online sources.
Identify decision-makers such as business owners, directors, and managers.
Build and maintain a database of potential customers.
Contact prospects through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
Introduce Cloudhouse software solutions and understand customer requirements.
Schedule product demonstrations and meetings for the sales team.
Follow up with interested prospects.
Update customer information in the CRM system.
Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams.

Eligibility

B.Com (Preferred)
BBA, BA, B.Sc or any Bachelor's Degree may also apply.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

Good communication skills in Malayalam.
Basic English communication skills.
Confidence in speaking with business owners over the phone.
Basic computer knowledge.
Internet research skills.
MS Excel / Google Sheets knowledge is an advantage.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Training

Selected candidates will receive complete training on:
