Role Overview
We are looking for a confident and well-spoken Client Relationship Executive – IT Services to manage client communication, attend virtual meetings, handle calls, explain our products and services, and support the sales/business development team.
This is a client-facing role. The candidate should be comfortable speaking with business owners, managers, and decision-makers through video calls, phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
The main responsibility of this role is to represent Provis Technologies professionally in client conversations, understand client requirements, explain our services clearly, take meeting notes, follow up with clients, and coordinate with the internal team.
This role is open for part-time or full-time candidates, depending on availability. Strong performers may be considered for a permanent long-term role based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend virtual meetings with potential and existing clients.
- Handle client calls professionally.
- Explain Provis Technologies’ products and services clearly.
- Understand client requirements during calls and meetings.
- Share basic service information related to websites, eCommerce, software, SaaS, automation, and AI solutions.
- Take clear notes during client meetings and share summaries with the internal team.
- Follow up with clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, or LinkedIn.
- Maintain client communication records and meeting updates.
- Coordinate with the sales, technical, and project teams for client requirements.
- Schedule meetings and reminders when required.
- Support lead follow-ups and client relationship management.
- Help move interested leads toward the next step in the sales process.
- Represent the company professionally in all client-facing interactions.
Services to Explain to Clients
The candidate will be trained to explain Provis Technologies’ services, including:
- Website development
- Web application development
- eCommerce development
- SaaS product development
- Custom software development

The candidate does not need to be highly technical, but should be willing to learn the basics of our services and explain them confidently.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Confident speaking ability on calls and virtual meetings.

- Good presentation and explanation skills.
- Ability to understand client questions and respond clearly.
- Good listening skills and note-taking ability.
- Comfortable using Google Meet, Zoom, phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and Google Sheets.
- Ability to follow up with clients in a professional and timely manner.
- Basic understanding of websites, software, eCommerce, or IT services is preferred.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and organized.
- Willingness to learn about IT services, SaaS, automation, and AI solutions.

Work Location
This is a hybrid role based in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
The candidate should be available for virtual meetings, calls, office/team coordination, and client communication as required.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
