ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an Ecommerce Marketplace Specialist who will drive the growth and performance of SAADAA across online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa Fashion, and other strategic platforms. You will be responsible for managing marketplace operations, optimizing product visibility, executing advertising campaigns, and generating actionable insights to maximize sales and customer experience.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who combines strong analytical thinking with hands-on marketplace expertise and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth ecommerce environment.

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

Manage end-to-end operations across ecommerce marketplaces, ensuring seamless execution and business growth.
Conduct regular catalogue audits to maintain listing accuracy, content quality, pricing consistency, and inventory availability.
Monitor marketplace performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports with actionable business insights.
Plan, execute, and optimize marketplace advertising campaigns while managing advertising budgets to maximize ROAS.
Identify opportunities to improve sales, conversion rates, visibility, and overall marketplace performance.
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Creative, Catalog, Customer Experience, and Performance Marketing teams to execute business initiatives.
Monitor marketplace KPIs including sales, revenue, traffic, conversion rate, ACOS/TACOS, returns, ratings, and inventory health.
Execute promotional campaigns, deals, and seasonal marketplace events.
Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and maintain high seller performance standards.
Drive continuous process improvements through data-driven decision-making and operational excellence.

WHO YOU ARE

5+ years of experience managing ecommerce marketplaces for D2C or retail brands.
Hands-on experience with platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa Fashion, or similar marketplaces.
Strong understanding of marketplace advertising, catalogue management, and ecommerce operations.
Highly analytical with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into business actions.
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, Commerce, or a related field.
5+ years of relevant experience in ecommerce marketplace management.
Experience with marketplace dashboards such as Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra Partner Portal, or similar platforms.
Knowledge of marketplace advertising, inventory planning, catalogue optimization, and business analytics.
Experience with Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar reporting tools is a plus.
