Service Staff / Guest Experience Associate

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience)
A new hospitality venture by Baijupara Hospitality is opening soon in Jaipur, and we are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Service Staff to join our founding team.
As a Service Staff member, you will be the face of the café, responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining service standards, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every customer.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages according to service standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Handle guest queries and resolve concerns professionally
- Coordinate with the kitchen and barista team to ensure smooth operations
- Assist in opening and closing duties as required
Requirements
- Prior experience in cafés, restaurants, hotels, or hospitality is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and customer-first mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
