Job Title: ICU Staff Nurse
Experience Required: Minimum 1–3 years preferred
Location: HCG Hospital, Jaipur
Joining: Immediate to 1 Month

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled ICU Staff Nurse to join our critical care team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients, ensuring patient safety, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to ICU patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Monitor patient vitals, administer medications, and manage medical equipment such as ventilators, infusion pumps, and monitors.
Assist physicians during procedures, rounds, and emergency situations.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient care, medications, and treatment plans.
Ensure infection control and adherence to hospital protocols.
Provide emotional support to patients and their families, and communicate care plans effectively.
Respond promptly to medical emergencies and follow code protocols.
Participate in ICU quality improvement initiatives and staff training.

Qualifications & Skills:

GNM / B.Sc. Nursing or equivalent qualification.
Registered Nurse with State Nursing Council.
Experience: Prior ICU/critical care experience preferred (freshers may be considered based on hospital policy).
Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills.
Knowledge of ICU equipment and emergency procedures.

Preferred Candidate:

Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per hour
