Job Summary:

Shanti Asiatic School, Jaipur is seeking a qualified, passionate, and experienced PGT Physics Teacher to teach Physics to students of Classes XI and XII (CBSE Curriculum). The candidate should possess strong subject knowledge, excellent classroom management skills, and a commitment to fostering scientific thinking and academic excellence among students.

Key Responsibilities

Teach Physics to Classes XI and XII in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
Prepare lesson plans, assignments, practical sessions, and assessment materials.
Conduct laboratory experiments and ensure proper maintenance of laboratory records and equipment.
Evaluate student performance through tests, examinations, projects, and practical assessments.
Provide academic guidance and mentoring to students.
Identify learning gaps and implement remedial measures to improve student outcomes.
Integrate technology and innovative teaching methodologies into classroom instruction.
Participate in parent-teacher meetings, staff meetings, workshops, and school events.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and academic progress.
Support the school's vision, values, and academic objectives.

Required Qualifications

Master's Degree (M.Sc.) in Physics from a recognized university.
B.Ed. degree is mandatory.
Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience as a PGT Physics in a CBSE-affiliated school.
Strong command over Physics concepts and CBSE Board examination requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using digital teaching tools and smart classroom technologies.

Preferred Skills

Experience in preparing students for Board Examinations and competitive examinations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to engage and motivate students effectively.
Excellent classroom management and organizational skills.
