The Clerk provides administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth day‑to‑day functioning of the college office, assisting faculty, staff, and students with documentation and record‑keeping.
Key Responsibilities
· Office Administration: Handle correspondence, filing, and maintain office records.
· Student Records: Assist with admission forms, fee receipts, and examination documentation.
· Data Entry: Update student and staff information in registers or digital systems.
· Documentation: Prepare letters, notices, and official reports as directed.
· Support Services: Help faculty and administration with scheduling, circulation of information, and logistics.
· Compliance: Maintain confidentiality and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
· Coordination: Liaise between departments, students, and external stakeholders when required.
Qualifications
· Graduate (preferably B.A./B.Com) or equivalent.
· Basic knowledge of office procedures and record management.
· Proficiency in MS Office, typing, and data entry.
· Prior experience in an educational institution preferred.
