The Role: We are looking for a Local Health Ground Marketing Lead / BDE to be the face of Heal Cancer Support in the local community. Patient acquisition in oncology requires trust, and trust is built on the ground.
You will not be sitting behind a desk. You will be out in the field, building a local referral network from scratch, creating awareness about our platform, and directly bringing in patient leads. We are looking for someone who is tough, resilient, and highly analytical. If you can handle the emotional weight of the healthcare sector, love negotiating, and know how to analyze local market data to find the best lead sources, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build Local Referral Networks: Pitch and partner with local pathology labs, diagnostic centers, and general physicians to create a steady pipeline of patient referrals for our Onco-Second Opinion and Continuum Care services.
- On-Ground Lead Generation: Actively scout and generate qualified leads locally. Identify families who are navigating a recent cancer diagnosis and educate them on how our platform can save them money and provide clinical clarity.
- Create Service Awareness: Execute local awareness campaigns for our core offerings:
- Onco-Second Opinion Engine (Validating prescriptions and mapping costs)
- Continuum Care & Onco Nutrition (24/7 symptom tracking and personalized diets)
- Analytical Tracking & Reporting: Treat ground marketing like a science. Track which clinics yield the best referrals, monitor your conversion rates, analyze local demographic data, and pivot your strategy to maximize ROI.
- Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for local healthcare partners, ensuring they have our marketing collaterals and understand our value proposition.
Who You Are (Requirements):
- Tough & Resilient: You don’t take "no" for an answer easily. You can handle the physical demands of field marketing and the emotional nuances of working in the cancer care space.
- Highly Analytical: You don't just walk into clinics blindly; you map out your territory, track your metrics, and know exactly what your conversion rates are.
- Exceptional Communicator: You can explain complex health navigation services in simple terms to both a highly educated doctor and a stressed patient's family.
- A True Hustler: You are self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently on the ground.
- Experience: Prior experience in pharma sales, healthcare BDE, or local ground marketing is a big plus, but anyone with the right analytical and tough mindset is welcome to apply.
