Full job description

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and execution-focused Marketing & Brand Manager to lead our marketing initiatives across digital, branding, product launches, athlete partnerships, and events. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strengthening Shrey Sports' global brand presence while managing marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow Shrey Sports' presence across all social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
Lead and manage the in-house creative team of graphic designers, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality marketing assets.
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.
Coordinate product launch campaigns, including launch strategy, promotional content, and communication plans.
Plan and oversee product photoshoots, lifestyle shoots, and campaign productions while coordinating with photographers, videographers, designers, and internal stakeholders.
Manage creative assets for company websites, e-commerce marketplaces, and digital catalogues to maintain a consistent brand identity.
Build relationships with professional athletes, ambassadors, influencers, and sports organizations for brand collaborations and endorsements.
Plan and coordinate domestic and international exhibitions, trade shows, sports events, sponsorships, and brand activations.
Work closely with product, sales, export, and management teams to create impactful marketing campaigns supporting business objectives.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze key marketing metrics, and prepare reports with actionable insights.
Ensure consistency in brand communication across all online and offline marketing channels.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
4–8 years of experience in brand marketing, digital marketing, or marketing communications.
Strong understanding of social media strategy, paid advertising, email marketing, and content planning.
Experience managing creative teams, agencies, or cross-functional marketing projects.
Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience in sports, consumer goods, apparel, lifestyle, or retail brands will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
