Job Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to drive growth, user acquisition, and engagement for the RL Jewels mobile app, while strengthening our overall brand presence. In this role, you will be responsible for building digital performance campaigns, managing app-exclusive offers (e.g., gold savings schemes, digital gold, virtual try-ons, mobile catalog), and turning online app users into active store visitors and buyers.
1. Mobile App Marketing & User Acquisition
Plan and run targeted digital campaigns (Meta Ads, Google App Campaigns, Apple Search Ads) to drive app downloads (CPI) and active users (MAU/DAU).
Optimize Mobile App Store Presence (ASO - App Store Optimization) across iOS App Store and Google Play Store with optimized keywords, high-quality visual previews, and updated release notes.
Design and implement app-exclusive promotions, flash sales, first-purchase discounts, and digital gold/saving scheme campaigns to drive in-app conversions.
- 2. Customer Engagement & Retention
Build automated push notification strategies, in-app messaging, and automated WhatsApp/SMS journeys to reduce drop-offs and increase repeat usage.
Segment app users (e.g., bridal shoppers, gold scheme subscribers, casual browsers) to send personalized product recommendations and localized offers.
Manage loyalty/rewards program integration within the app to boost retention.
- 3. Omnichannel (In-Store + App) Integration
Design in-store collaterals (QR codes on billing counters, display stands, packaging) to convert walk-in store visitors into registered app users.
Train and coordinate with store sales staff on pitching app features (e.g., scheme payments, digital catalog, live gold rate tracking) to store customers.
Promote app features like "Book an In-Store Appointment" or "Virtual Try-On" to bridge digital browsing with physical store visits.
- 4. Digital Content & Social Media Marketing
Create compelling video reels, stories, and posts highlighting unique app features (e.g., "Pay your monthly gold scheme easily on the RL Jewels app").
Partner with local influencers and micro-creators to feature the app experience in unboxing or jewellery selection videos.
Manage customer feedback and reviews across App Store, Google Play, and social channels.
- 5. Performance Tracking & Analytics
Track and report key mobile metrics: Cost Per Install (CPI), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), App Retention Rate, In-App Purchase Value, and Scheme Enrollments.
Use analytics tools (Google Analytics/GA4, Firebase, or AppsFlyer/Branch) to identify drop-off points in the user journey and optimize conversion rates.
Manage the monthly marketing budget efficiently to ensure maximum return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, or related fields . Experience: 3 to 6 years in marketing, with proven hands-on experience in mobile app growth/performance marketing (retail, e-commerce, or lifestyle sectors preferred). ( bachelor with strong knowledge can apply)
- Technical & Marketing Skills:
Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google App Campaigns, and basic App Store Optimisation (ASO).
Experience with app analytics and attribution tools (e.g., Firebase, GA4, AppsFlyer, CleverTap, or MoEngage).
Working knowledge of push notification and automated CRM platforms (WhatsApp Business API, Web Engage, etc.).
Strong analytical mindset combined with luxury storytelling and visual aesthetics.
Clear communication and cross-functional leadership skills to work alongside IT/App developers and store teams In-app transaction volume and Gold Scheme enrolment growth via app.
Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and App Ad Return on Investment (ROAS).
Store footfalls generated through app-booked appointments and exclusive app coupons.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
