HR, Business Operations & Management Coordination Executive

About the Role
We are looking for a capable, mature and highly driven professional for a multidisciplinary role covering HR, recruitment, business operations, management coordination, accounts & GST support, compliance, project coordination and administration.
The role requires someone with strong communication skills, professional presence, ownership and the ability to deal effectively with people. The person will act as an important day-to-day interface between management, employees and operational functions, ensuring that routine matters are coordinated, followed up and brought to proper closure.
Key ResponsibilitiesHR & Recruitment
- Prepare and publish job vacancies across suitable recruitment platforms.
- Source, screen and shortlist candidates.
- Conduct preliminary candidate interaction and screening.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Assist management throughout the interview and selection process.
- Manage candidate communication and recruitment follow-ups.
- Coordinate joining, onboarding and induction activities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Act as a key day-to-day point of contact for employees.
- Handle routine employee queries, concerns and workplace matters.
- Communicate management directions and ensure appropriate follow-up.
- Assist in employee performance, conduct and work-related follow-ups.
Management Coordination
- Act as an execution and coordination link between management and employees.
- Follow up on management instructions and ensure timely implementation.
- Obtain updates from employees and teams on pending work.
- Identify delays, gaps and matters requiring attention.
- Resolve or coordinate routine matters independently where appropriate.
- Escalate significant matters to management with clear and concise information.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion while dealing with employee and management matters.
Accounts, GST & Compliance
- Perform accounts-related data entry, processing and record maintenance.
- Organise invoices, financial records and supporting documentation.
- Assist in preparation of GST workings and returns.
- Maintain accounting and compliance information throughout the financial year.
- Keep records organised and ready for Chartered Accountant review and finalisation.
- Coordinate with the company’s Chartered Accountant and other professional consultants.
- Assist with STPI-related filings and documentation.
- Assist with RBI-related filings and applicable compliance requirements.
- Maintain registration, licence and renewal records.
- Track statutory and regulatory deadlines.
- Prepare and organise documents required for filings, renewals and submissions.
Business Operations & Project Coordination
- Maintain operational and project trackers.
- Monitor pending tasks and follow up with concerned team members.
- Support routine PMO, Agile and Scrum-style coordination where required.
- Coordinate meetings, task updates and work follow-ups.
- Track deadlines, blockers and pending deliverables.
- Ensure assigned activities are followed through to completion.
- Prepare concise updates and status information for management.
- Promote accountability and organised execution across day-to-day operations.
Administration & General Operations
- Coordinate vendors and service providers.
- Assist with purchases, quotations and routine procurement.
- Negotiate and compare options with a focus on value and cost efficiency.
- Coordinate maintenance and general office requirements.
- Maintain administrative documentation and renewal records.
- Help maintain proper workplace organisation and operational standards.
- Identify avoidable expenditure, inefficiencies and opportunities for savings.
- Step into routine operational matters wherever coordination, ownership or follow-through is required.

Candidates should be suitably educated and demonstrate aptitude relevant to areas such as:

The specific degree or academic stream is not the primary criterion.
Candidates from different educational backgrounds may be considered where they demonstrate the required calibre, communication ability, maturity, ownership and learning aptitude.
Freshers with exceptional calibre as well as experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Previous exposure to HR, recruitment, accounts, GST, compliance, administration, PMO or business operations will be an advantage, but candidates with the right capability and aptitude can also be trained.
Important
This is a multifunctional and ownership-driven position, not a narrow desk or data-entry role.
The selected candidate may at different times be involved in recruitment, employee coordination, GST/accounting preparation, regulatory filings, project follow-ups, vendor coordination, administration and management execution.
Candidates should therefore be comfortable taking responsibility across different areas and working closely with management.
This position is based entirely in Srinagar and requires regular physical presence at the workplace. Remote or hybrid working is not available.
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
