Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Video Editor Graphic Designer role based in Gurugram, with flexibility for partial work from home. The role involves editing and producing high-quality video content for social media, educational series, product explainers, and marketing campaigns. The Video Editor Graphic Designer will design graphics and motion elements, align visuals with brand guidelines, and enhance videos with color grading, sound, and visual effects. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with content, marketing, and product teams; translating scripts and briefs into compelling visual stories; managing media assets; and delivering projects within deadlines. The role also includes optimizing videos for different platforms, maintaining consistent visual identity, and continuously improving content based on performance data and feedback.

Qualifications

Strong video production and video editing skills, with experience in creating short-form and long-form content.
Proficiency in video color grading and basic post-production workflows to ensure polished, consistent output.
Hands-on experience with motion graphics and graphic design (e.g., titles, lower thirds, social media creatives, thumbnails).
Ability to design on-brand visuals and graphics that support financial education and marketing objectives.
Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator (or equivalent).
Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and composition, with attention to detail and brand consistency.
Ability to interpret briefs, take feedback constructively, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Relevant diploma or degree in Film, Design, Media, Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience creating content for finance, trading, or education platforms is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,210.90 - ₹33,889.83 per month
