Full-Time Personal & Business Assistant – Remote
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and skills

About the Role
We are a small but growing private business group managing multiple businesses in different industries. We are looking for a smart, responsible, trustworthy and highly resourceful Personal & Business Assistant who can work closely with the owner and help manage day-to-day administrative, digital and operational tasks.
This is not a role where you will only be given repetitive instructions. We are looking for someone who can think independently, solve problems, learn quickly and figure things out when necessary.
The right person should be very comfortable using computers, social media and modern AI tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks for multiple businesses.
- Assist the owner with business and personal administrative work.
- Manage emails, documents, spreadsheets, online research and data entry.
- Assist with social media accounts, posting, content organization and basic engagement.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and other AI platforms to improve productivity, research, writing and business processes.
- Conduct online research and find solutions to different business requirements.
- Prepare presentations, documents, reports and basic spreadsheets when required.
- Perform basic graphic design and social media creative work using tools such as Canva or similar platforms.
- Communicate professionally with customers, suppliers, employees and other business contacts when required.
- Follow up on pending tasks and make sure important work does not get missed.
- Help organize appointments, schedules, files and business information.
- Learn new software and online platforms when required.
- Assist with other office, administrative and business-related tasks as needed.
What We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate should:
- Have excellent written and spoken English.
- Have strong computer and internet skills.
- Be very comfortable with AI tools and know how to use AI effectively for real business work.
- Have good knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook and others.
- Have basic graphic designing skills.
- Be comfortable using Google Docs, Google Sheets, Microsoft Office and similar software.
- Be a problem solver who tries to find solutions instead of waiting for instructions for every small issue.
- Be organized and able to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
- Be responsible, punctual and dependable.
- Have strong attention to detail.
- Be able to learn new things quickly.
- Have good communication skills.
- Be honest, ethical and trustworthy, as you may have access to confidential business information.
- Be comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Working Hours & Availability
The regular schedule will primarily be 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Toronto Time (Eastern Time), 6 days per week.
Because our businesses operate in Canada, applicants must be comfortable working according to Toronto hours from India.
There may occasionally be an urgent business matter outside regular working hours. The selected candidate should therefore have reasonable availability for urgent situations when required, although this will not be the normal daily expectation.
Compensation
₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month, based on experience, communication skills, technical knowledge and overall capability.
We are a small private company and currently do not provide corporate benefits. However, we are looking for someone who wants to grow with us for the long term.
