Job Summary

The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and executing marketing activities to promote the company’s products and services, generate business leads, increase brand awareness, and support sales growth. The role includes market research, digital marketing, customer relationship management, promotional activities, and coordination with internal departments.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve company goals.
Plan promotional campaigns for products and services.
Identify new market opportunities and business growth areas.
Prepare monthly and yearly marketing plans.

Business Development

Generate new customer inquiries and business leads.
Maintain relationships with existing customers and clients.
Coordinate with Sales department for customer requirements and follow-ups.
Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional events.

Digital & Online Marketing

Manage company social media platforms and online presence.
Coordinate website updates and digital promotions.
Create and monitor online advertisements and campaigns.
Analyze digital marketing performance and lead generation.

Branding & Promotion

Maintain company branding and promotional materials.
Coordinate preparation of brochures, catalogs, banners, and presentations.
Ensure proper use of company logo and brand identity.

Market Research & Analysis

Study market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Prepare marketing reports and market analysis data.
Collect customer feedback for product and service improvement.

Coordination & Reporting

Coordinate with Production, Purchase, and Sales departments.
Maintain records of marketing activities and customer data.
Submit daily/weekly/monthly marketing reports to management.

Required Skills

Strong communication and presentation skills
Marketing strategy and planning knowledge
Digital marketing and social media knowledge
Customer relationship management
Leadership and team handling ability
Negotiation and business development skills
Good computer knowledge (MS Excel, PowerPoint, CRM tools)

Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
MBA Fresher can also apply

Experience

Fresher / 0–1 year experience
Manufacturing industry experience preferred
