Job Description – Technical Executive Staff

Position Overview
The Technical Executive Staff is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and smooth operation of snacks vending machines, including refilling, basic troubleshooting, and ensuring uninterrupted service.

Key Responsibilities

Perform daily refilling of snacks in vending machines
Maintain and monitor inventory levels in vending machines
Ensure proper functioning and cleanliness of machines
Handle basic maintenance and report technical issues when required
Attend and respond to phone calls, service requests, and follow-ups
Coordinate with the team and management for smooth operations

Required Qualifications

Minimum: 10th or 12th pass
Candidates with prior experience working at Tata Steel sites will be preferred

Skills Required

Basic computer knowledge or ability to use mobile internet
Good communication and coordination skills
Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license

Work Location

Noamundi, Jharkhand
Joda, Keonjhar (Odisha)
