Full job description

Position: Sales Officer (SO) / Territory Sales Manager (TSM)

Experience: Minimum 2+ Years (FMCG Preferred - Detergent/Noodles Category)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage channel appointment, development, and servicing within the assigned territory
Drive achievement of primary & secondary sales targets for the allocated area
Execute monthly and quarterly sales plans to ensure consistent business growth
Identify opportunities for channel expansion and market penetration
Support resource hiring and on-ground team training to strengthen market execution
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers
Conduct regular market visits to generate demand, improve visibility, and enhance brand presence

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 2+ years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in Detergent and Noodles categories
Graduate in Business Administration / Marketing / Management or related field (preferred)
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and selling skills
Ability to work in a target-driven and field-oriented environment
Good understanding of local market dynamics
