We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer to bridge the gap between our design office, manufacturing vendors, and on-site execution teams.
Role Overview: As a Project Engineer, you will be the central hub of our projects. You will oversee project lifecycles from the approval of structural drawings to the final handover, ensuring that fabrication and erection schedules align perfectly with client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Coordination: Review and verify AutoCAD General Arrangement (GA) and fabrication drawings before dispatching them for manufacturing.
- Project Scheduling: Create, monitor, and update master project timelines using MS Project or Primavera P6 to ensure smooth operations.
- Cost & Material Management: Prepare and verify detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for steel tonnage, roofing sheets, and hardware to maintain budget accuracy.
- Supply Chain & Vendor Coordination: Coordinate seamlessly with structural steel fabricators, transport agencies, and third-party contractors to ensure materials arrive on site exactly when needed.
- Quality Assurance: Troubleshoot technical issues related to PEB fabrication and ensure all materials meet Kisol Energies' strict quality and safety standards.
- Reporting: Provide weekly progress reports to senior management and clients.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- B.Tech or B.E. in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in PEB or heavy structural steel project management.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and project scheduling software (MS Project/Primavera).
- Deep understanding of steel fabrication processes, primary/secondary members, and erection methodologies.
- Excellent communication and vendor negotiation skills.

We are looking for a dedicated, hands-on Site Engineer to oversee daily construction and erection activities, turning our blueprints into reality safely and efficiently.
Role Overview: As the Site Engineer, you are the boots on the ground. You will manage the day-to-day execution of civil foundations and structural steel erection, manage labor crews, and ensure every bolt and beam aligns with the approved structural drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Site Execution: Oversee the safe and accurate erection of structural steel columns, rafters, purlins, and roof sheeting.
- Drawing Reading: Read, interpret, and execute complex architectural and structural AutoCAD drawings on-site.
- Surveying & Alignment: Utilize leveling instruments (Auto Level, Total Station) to check anchor bolt coordinates, column plumbness, and foundational alignment.
- Labor & Contractor Management: Supervise erection contractors, crane operators, and daily labor to ensure maximum productivity.
- Material Tracking: Receive and verify the quality and quantity of structural steel deliveries against the BOQ and delivery challans.
- Safety Enforcement: Maintain strict site safety protocols (PPE, harness use, safe crane lifting plans) with zero tolerance for safety violations.
- Daily Reporting: Maintain site registers, daily progress reports (DPR), and coordinate with the Project Engineer for upcoming material requirements.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on site experience, specifically in PEB erection or industrial shed construction.
- Strong ability to read complex structural drawings and layouts.
- Experience handling leveling instruments.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage contractors and labor crews under strict deadlines.
