We are looking for an experienced Corporate Advocate / In-House Legal Counsel who can independently manage all legal, contractual, compliance, litigation, corporate governance, employment law, and regulatory matters across all group companies.
Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesCorporate Legal Affairs
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, MoUs, NDAs, franchise agreements, vendor agreements, customer contracts and partnership agreements.
- Handle company incorporation, ROC filings and corporate governance matters.
- Provide legal advice to Directors and senior management on strategic business decisions.
- Draft Board Resolutions, Shareholder Agreements and other corporate documentation.
Litigation & Court Matters
- Represent the company before Civil Courts, Commercial Courts, Consumer Forums, Labour Courts and Arbitration proceedings.
- Coordinate with external counsels across India.
- Draft legal notices, replies, petitions, affidavits and recovery proceedings.
- Handle cheque bounce cases under the Negotiable Instruments Act.
- Manage recovery matters, employment disputes and contractual litigation.
Employment & HR Legal Support
- Vet Offer Letters, Appointment Letters and Employment Agreements.
- Draft HR policies, disciplinary notices, charge sheets, termination letters and Full & Final settlement documents.
- Advise on labour laws, Industrial Relations and employment compliance.
- Support POSH matters, domestic enquiries and employee disciplinary proceedings.
FinTech & Banking Compliance
- Ensure compliance with RBI, NPCI, payment system guidelines, KYC, AML and data privacy requirements applicable to fintech operations.
- Review banking, payment gateway and technology partnership agreements.
- Provide legal support for digital payment products and financial technology services.
Quick Commerce & E-Commerce Legal
- Draft vendor onboarding agreements and franchise documentation.
- Handle consumer disputes and product liability matters.
- Ensure compliance with consumer protection laws, e-commerce regulations and commercial practices.
- Support procurement and supply chain legal matters.
IT & Technology Legal
- Draft Software Development Agreements.
- SaaS Agreements
- API Integration Agreements
- Licensing Agreements
- Website Terms & Conditions

Compliance Management
- Maintain statutory compliance registers.
