Job Description for Associate Sales Manager - Branch Banking at Axis Max Life Insurance:

Position Overview:
As an Associate Sales Manager in Branch Banking at Axis Max Life Insurance, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing a dedicated team. Your role will involve promoting life insurance products, building relationships with customers, and ensuring that sales targets are met. You will play a crucial part in expanding the branch's customer base and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve individual and branch sales targets.
2. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to promote life insurance products offered by Axis Max Life Insurance.
3. Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs through effective communication and relationship-building.
4. Train and mentor team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
5. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales strategies.
6. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
7. Prepare monthly sales reports and present findings to senior management.
8. Collaborate with other departments to provide excellent service to clients.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
Proven sales experience in insurance, banking, or financial services.
