Job Description
Responsibilities Provide day-to-day support to insurance brokers in preparing quotes, proposals, and renewal documents. Conduct basic research on insurance products, pricing options, and market trends to support client servicing. Communicate with clients to collect necessary information, clarify requirements, and respond to routine inquiries. Assist in processing insurance applications, endorsements, and policy documentation accurately and within deadlines. Handle administrative and operational tasks including data entry, filing, record maintenance, and report generation. Ensure all activities adhere to company policies, compliance requirements, and regulatory standards. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
