Full job description

Position: Accountant

Location: I & V Bio Company

Job Summary

I & V Bio Company is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to manage the company's financial records and ensure accurate accounting processes. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles and hands-on experience with Tally ERP/TallyPrime.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally ERP/TallyPrime.
Prepare and maintain purchase, sales, receipt, and payment vouchers.
Record bank transactions and perform bank reconciliations.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare GST invoices and assist with GST return filing.
Maintain ledgers, cash books, and financial records.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Process payroll and maintain employee salary records.
Assist in budgeting, cost analysis, and financial planning.
Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and company policies.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1–3 years of accounting experience (or as required).
Proficiency in Tally ERP/TallyPrime.
Good knowledge of GST, TDS, MS Excel, and basic accounting principles.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work accurately under deadlines.

Preferred Skills

Experience in inventory accounting.
Knowledge of financial reporting and taxation.
Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
