Job Summary
Pattabhi Agro Foods Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and proactive Network Engineer to manage and maintain the organization's IT network infrastructure across the corporate office and manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will ensure uninterrupted network connectivity, maintain network security, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and support users in day-to-day IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
Network Administration
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi networks.
- Monitor network performance and ensure maximum uptime.
- Configure and maintain routers, switches, access points, and firewalls.
- Perform regular network health checks and preventive maintenance.
Server & System Support
- Assist in the administration of Windows Servers and Active Directory.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Perform system backups and recovery procedures.
- Ensure antivirus and endpoint security are up to date.
IT Infrastructure Management
- Install and configure desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, biometric devices, and IP phones.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Coordinate with internet service providers and third-party vendors.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
Network Security
- Monitor firewall and network security.
- Implement data backup and disaster recovery procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies.
- Protect systems from unauthorized access and cyber threats.
User Support
- Provide technical support to employees across departments.
- Resolve helpdesk tickets within defined timelines.
- Support ERP, HRMS, CCTV, attendance systems, and office applications.
- Train employees on basic IT best practices when required.
Documentation
- Maintain network diagrams and system documentation.
- Record hardware and software inventory.
- Prepare periodic reports on network performance and IT infrastructure.
