JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: F&B Service Junior Associate
Department: Food & Beverage Service
Reports To: Restaurant Supervisor / F&B Captain

Job Summary:
The F&B Service Junior Associate is responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to guests while maintaining high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve guests promptly.
Ensure tables are properly set and maintained during service.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant and service areas.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
Handle guest requests and complaints politely and report issues to supervisors when necessary.
Assist in clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests.
Follow company grooming, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.
Support team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: PUC / Diploma / Degree in Hospitality or Hotel Management.
Freshers must have completed a Diploma in Hospitality or Hotel Management.
Candidates with prior experience in F&B service will have an added advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
