Accounts & Bookkeeping Assistant

Experience: 1–2 Years
Location: Kaloor, Kochi

Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts & Bookkeeping Assistant to support day-to-day financial and administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of basic accounting principles, bookkeeping practices, and financial record management.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and expenses.
Record and reconcile bank transactions, invoices, receipts, and payments.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable entries.
Assist with invoicing, billing, and payment follow-ups.
Maintain organized financial documentation and records.
Support monthly account reconciliation and financial reporting.
Coordinate with external accountants and auditors when required.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial record-keeping.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as Tally.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Responsible, organized, and able to manage deadlines effectively.
Basic understanding of GST, invoicing, and statutory documentation is preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
