You will be the bridge between culinary innovation and operational excellence, ensuring that every bite across all our outlets delivers the iconic Ohmycake experience.

What You’ll Do

Guardian of Excellence: You will be the primary authority on product standards. It is your mission to ensure absolute consistency in flavour, taste, texture and precise grammage for our signature dishes.
Direct Culinary Collaboration: You will report to and work closely with our Culinary Director, undertaking specific strategic duties and recipe developments as directed to push our brand forward.
Operational Precision: Oversee daily production, ensuring that our signature recipes are followed to the letter, minimising variance, and maintaining the highest quality control benchmarks.
Team Mentorship: Train and guide our pastry staff, fostering a culture of technical precision where every team member understands the importance of consistency.
Quality Gatekeeper: Act as the final touchpoint for production standards—if it’s not up to the standard of our signature dishes, it doesn’t reach our customers.

Experience-Driven: You possess a proven track record (5+ years) in high-end pastry environments, with a deep understanding of standardising high-volume production.
