FemiSafe India PVT.LTD is the parent company of the brand FEMISAFE ,a comfort-first brand.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our dynamic team . The Operations Associate will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows across various departments. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organized, adaptable, and passionate about contributing to the success of a growing consumer brand.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management:

- Assist in managing inventory levels, including tracking stock levels, conducting regular stock checks, and identifying discrepancies.

- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of inventory and replenishment of stock as needed.

- Assist in optimizing inventory processes to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.

2. Order Processing and Fulfillment:

- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.

- Coordinate with warehouse staff to prioritize orders and streamline order fulfillment processes.

- Monitor order status and address any issues or delays in shipment to ensure timely delivery to customers and respond to customer queries.

3. Logistics Coordination:

- Coordinate with logistics partners to arrange transportation and shipping of products to customers, distributors, and retail partners.

- Track shipments and update stakeholders on delivery status, ensuring adherence to delivery timelines.

- Address any logistics-related issues or challenges that may arise and propose solutions to optimize shipping processes.

4. Administrative Support:

- Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager and other team members as needed, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining records.

- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation related to inventory, orders, and logistics activities.

- Handle inquiries from internal and external stakeholders regarding operations-related matters, providing timely and professional responses.

5. Process Improvement:

- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the operations department and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and best practices.

- Continuously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of operations processes and identify areas for optimization.

6. Customer Experience:

- Monitor customer feedback and recurring concerns to identify operational improvements.

- Work closely with warehouse and logistics partners to minimize delays, returns, and order errors.

- Support the smooth handling of exchanges, returns, and refunds in line with company policies.

- Track customer satisfaction metrics and recommend operational changes to enhance the overall customer experience.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent communication regarding order status, stock availability, and fulfillment timelines.

- Identify and address operational bottlenecks that impact customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

- Previous experience in operations, logistics, or inventory management preferred.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with inventory management software or systems.

- Proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.

- Commitment to maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
