About Us
At Logotak, we craft standout branding and impactful digital strategies and campaigns that help businesses grow online. We are looking for a motivated and knowledge-driven Digital Marketing Executive with a minimum of 1 year of professional experience to manage client accounts, execute digital campaigns, and contribute to our overall digital marketing strategy.
If you have hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads, understand how to build campaign strategies, and are confident managing client social media accounts, we would love to hear from you.
Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Campaign Management
- Plan, set up, manage, monitor, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Develop campaign strategies based on client objectives, target audiences, budgets, and business goals.
- Conduct audience research, campaign planning, ad copy development, budget allocation, and performance optimisation.
- Monitor key campaign metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversions, reach, and engagement.
- Identify performance issues and make data-driven recommendations to improve campaign results.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights.
Social Media & Client Management
- Manage social media accounts for multiple clients across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Develop and manage content calendars in coordination with the creative and content teams.
- Schedule and publish posts, reels, stories, and other social media content.
- Monitor social media performance, audience engagement, and account growth.
- Understand each client's business, target audience, competitors, and marketing objectives to ensure the right digital strategy is implemented.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for campaign requirements, content approvals, updates, and reporting.
SEO, AEO & GEO
- Have a working knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimisation), including keyword research, on-page SEO, content optimisation, and basic technical SEO.
- Understand AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation) and how content can be structured to appear in AI-powered search and answer platforms.
- Understand GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) and emerging strategies for improving brand visibility across AI-generated search results and platforms.
- Conduct basic keyword and competitor research and identify opportunities for improving organic visibility.
- Work with content teams to optimise website content, blogs, landing pages, and other digital assets.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track website and campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
- Analyse campaign and social media data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Create clear and actionable performance reports for clients and internal teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in Digital Marketing is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads is required.
- Practical understanding of how to plan and develop paid campaign strategies based on business objectives, target audience, budget, and KPIs.
- Experience managing social media accounts for clients or brands.
- Good understanding of SEO, AEO, and GEO.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager, and Google Ads Manager.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.
- Good copywriting and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new digital marketing trends and platforms.
- Agency experience will be an added advantage.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of campaigns rather than simply execute instructions. The ideal candidate should be able to understand a client's business objective, develop a suitable digital marketing strategy, execute the campaign, analyse the results, and recommend ways to improve performance.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
