Job responsibilities:

Maintaining discipline on the shopfloor to prevent potential labour unrest viz, strikes, lockouts, etc.

Negotiating Service Conditions for the Long-Term settlement

Ensuring that agreed-upon norms and standing orders are adhered to

Liaising with Govt officials related to Labor Laws
-
Ensuring appropriate Compliances are filed as per Government mandate
-
Coaching business leaders on overall understanding of labor compliance and changes and execute these from business perspective.

Governance on prevention & Settlement of Industrial Disputes

Design mechanism for dispute resolution

Define rights, duties & Obligations of employees and Employer

Promotion of Social Justice
Qualifications:
-
MSW with 10 + years of experience in day to day HR execution of the organization , Proficiency in Kannada is preferable .
