Full job description

Loco Lane is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Games Experience Executive to deliver a fun, safe, and engaging gaming experience for all guests. This role is key to ensuring smooth game operations, assisting customers on-ground, and maintaining high standards of service across all gaming zones.

Key Responsibilities

Game Floor Operations

Manage day-to-day operations across gaming zones and attractions.
Ensure all gaming equipment is clean, functional, and ready for use.
Perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate with technical teams for maintenance and repairs.

Customer Experience

Greet and assist guests, explaining game rules and usage where required.
Ensure a safe, engaging, and enjoyable experience for all customers.
Handle customer queries, concerns, and minor complaints professionally.

On-Ground Support & Engagement

Actively engage with guests on the floor to enhance their overall experience.
Monitor gameplay to ensure fair usage and adherence to safety guidelines.
Support group bookings, parties, and events as required.

Safety & Compliance

Ensure all safety protocols are followed across gaming zones.
Guide customers on safety instructions before gameplay.
Report hazards, incidents, or equipment issues promptly.

Coordination & Reporting

Coordinate with operations and technical teams for smooth daily functioning.
Maintain basic logs for game usage, issues, and daily activities.
Support supervisors with day-to-day operational requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

1–3 years of experience in gaming, entertainment, hospitality, or customer-facing roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-first attitude with high energy and enthusiasm.
Basic technical understanding of gaming equipment is an advantage.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
