Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate clinical competence in all aspects of patient care. • Ensure Dialyzer reuse protocol and anticoagulant therapy are followed.
- Interpret Arterial Blood Gas values. • Perform Dialyzer Priming and Concentrate preparation.
- Hemodynamic Monitoring. • Monitor during dialysis and administer medications including thrombolytics.
- Post HD Sample collection and post Assessment with documentation. • Guide the patients about the care of AV fistula.
- Handle catheter and infected patients during dialysis. • Monitor drug regimen and complications during HD procedures.
- Do pre and post-assessments of HD patients.
- Prepare intake output documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures for medication management.
What is the profile of the person who will be successful in this role?
- Proficiency in verbal communication – English and Kannada/Hindi. Any local language proficiency is an added advantage
. • Qualification: GNM, B.Sc. Nursing, M.Sc. Nursing. • Experience – 01 year to 2 years.
- Registered with Karnataka State Nursing Council and hold a valid certificate as of date
. • Knowledge of nursing principles, techniques, and procedures for the delivery of effective patient care
. • Be proactive, punctual, and empathetic. • Able to work accurately and with minimal supervision.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to plan & organize one’s work schedule effectively.
