Job Summary

We are looking for a professional, customer-focused, and result-oriented Client Relations Officer to manage and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective advertising clients. The role involves understanding client requirements, providing suitable advertising solutions, coordinating advertisement bookings, ensuring timely execution, and supporting the organization's revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Identify and develop new business opportunities for print and digital advertising.
Contact prospects through calls, meetings, emails, networking, and market visits.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable advertising solutions.
Present advertising packages, rates, and promotional opportunities.
Follow up with prospects and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Handle client enquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
Collect the Release Order (RO) and post-dated cheque from clients at the time of advertisement booking.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely advertisement execution.
Maintain accurate records of clients, bookings, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Support payment follow-ups and coordinate with the Accounts team.
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
Prepare regular sales and client activity reports.
Perform other duties assigned by management.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required.

Experience

1–3 years of experience in client relations, advertising sales, media sales, business development, or a related field.
Experience in a newspaper, media organization, advertising agency, or digital media company will be an advantage.
Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills may also be considered.
