Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our innovative marketing team. In this role, you will spearhead multi-channel marketing campaigns, develop compelling content, and utilize data-driven insights to boost brand visibility and engagement. Duties

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across digital channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising campaigns such as Google AdWords and Facebook Advertising.
Manage and optimize content marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, including blog posts, website content, newsletters, and promotional materials.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights that inform campaign development.
Oversee social media marketing efforts on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to increase followers and engagement.
Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns, nurture leads, and improve conversion rates.
Analyze website traffic using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to measure campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with product management teams to support product launches through targeted advertising sales and promotional activities.
Design visually appealing marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for print and digital use.
Implement performance marketing strategies focused on ROI optimization through multichannel marketing efforts.
Manage budgets effectively for advertising campaigns while ensuring maximum reach and impact.
Maintain a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms like WordPress and HTML basics for website updates and content management.
Support B2B marketing initiatives by creating tailored messaging for corporate clients and partners.
Conduct research on industry best practices to stay ahead of emerging trends in digital marketing.
Write persuasive copy for ads, landing pages, email campaigns, and promotional content that resonates with target audiences.

Experience
We are looking for candidates with proven experience in digital marketing roles or similar positions that demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the following skills:

SEO (Search Engine Optimization) techniques to improve organic search rankings.
Social media marketing strategies that increase engagement across multiple platforms.
Multichannel marketing campaigns that integrate online advertising, email outreach, print advertising, and more.
Advertising sales experience or familiarity with selling ad space or sponsorships is a plus.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for designing compelling visual content.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords (now Google Ads), Facebook Advertising Manager, and marketing automation platforms.
Content marketing expertise including copywriting skills tailored for various audiences.
Experience with B2B (business-to-business) marketing strategies aimed at corporate clients or partners.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like WordPress along with basic HTML skills for website updates.
Ability to analyze campaign performance data to optimize ongoing efforts effectively.
