Monitor daily store operations and maintain proper inventory control.
Ensure timely receipt, storage, and issuance of hospital materials and consumables.
Maintain stock records accurately in the inventory management system.
Coordinate with departments for material requirements and timely supply.
Verify goods received against purchase orders and invoices.
Conduct regular stock audits and physical stock verification.
Monitor expiry items and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO).
Maintain proper documentation of inward and outward stock movement.
Ensure proper storage conditions for medical and non-medical items.
Prepare stock reports, consumption reports, and inventory status reports.
Coordinate with purchase and finance departments regarding inventory matters.
Supervise store assistants and support staff.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and inventory procedures.
